Butterscotch White Chocolate Chip Protein Ice Cream

Chocolate Covered Strawberry Protein Ice Cream

Chocolate Covered Strawberry Protein Ice Cream

When I think of chocolate strawberries it makes me smile. I absolutely love them, but I do not like all of the calories and points for WW they bring along with it. I decided to make another protein ice cream to taste close to a

Yogurt Bowl

Yogurt Bowl

My yogurt bowls have been my absolute favorite since the beginning of my journey.

I eat them for breakfast, lunch, dinner and mostly at the end of the night for dessert.

They do not taste like they are healthy for you; they taste like a dessert.

My yogurt bowls are PACKED with protein from the yogurt all the way to the nut butters I use. You can certainly meal prep these ahead of time as well for quick morning grab and go meals.

Here is what you will need:

  • Nonfat Greek yogurt
  • Simply Delish instant pudding mixes of sugar free instant pudding
  • Unsweetened almond milk (optional)
  • My mixed berry sauce or blueberry sauce (recipe on my blog)
  • Healthy Eating On The Go Bars
  • Fat free reddi whip
  • Nut butter of your choice

Nonfat Greek yogurt has a lot of protein in it with 18g per serving with the Costco organic Greek yogurt I use and the Sam’s Club nonfat Greek yogurt. I also use Aldi brand as well.

Simply Delish is one of my favorite instant pudding mixes I like to use. With only 20 calories per serving, keto friendly, vegan and sugar free. I don’t even use the full serving for my yogurt bowls as well.

My Mixed Berry Sauce and my Blueberry sauce is a SERIOUS game changer in my yogurt bowls. They bring so much flavor to the bowls and just overall delicious. The recipe for my Blueberry sauce is here and to make the mixed berry sauce just sub the blueberries for mixed berries. Below are the berries I use from Aldi.

These are the mixed frozen berries I buy from Aldi. Not only are they super inexpensive, but they are also super convenient when it comes to making the sauce.

Healthy Eating On The Go bars have also been on my weight loss journey for years as well. They are insanely delicious and have so many clean and amazing ingredients in them. Packed with protein as well and highly recommended. If you ever would like to try them use my code:chefallie HERE

https://www.healthy-onthego.com/

You can certainly use any kind of whipped cream you’d like but I love the fat free reddi whip.

Again, with the nut butters, you can use any kind you like. I love the American Dream Nut Butter Breanne’s Blend Cookie Batter and many more from them.  I also LOVE the Nerdy Nuts nut butters as well. Also, if you’d like to try any of the nut butters from Nerdy Nuts, please use code:CHEFALLIE for a discount at Nerdy Nuts

Here is how to make it:

  1. First get a bowl and place the yogurt in
  2. Take about 1 teaspoon of the instant pudding mix and mix until combine
  3. If the yogurt mixture is too thick, add a few splashes of the unsweetened almond milk to loosen it up
  4. Add the mixed berry sauce and the Healthy Eating On The Go protein bar until combine
  5. Top with the fat free reddi whip and any nut butter
  6. Enjoy

Orange Creamsicle pops were probably the most serious childhood memory growing up. What’s funny is that as a child I wasn’t the biggest fan of them, it was my sister’s favorite. Today, after making my protein ice cream this flavor, I’m officially hooked.  This amazing

Strawberry Pretzel Salad

Strawberry Pretzel Salad

Such an easy and delicious “salad” to bring to your next party or BBQ. After the pretzels sat for a day in my fridge, the flavors reminded me of a strawberry shortcake.  This was so tasty, SUPER easy to prepare and makes an excellent and

Pumpkin Spice Latte Protein Ice Cream

Pumpkin Spice Latte Protein Ice Cream

Who loves PSL? also known as Pumpkin Spice Latte.

Pumpkin Spice Lattes are the best part of Fall, It just warms your soul.

But I really wanted to turn a pumpkin spice latte into a very delicious treat that is full of protein and doesn’t really warm your soul haha.

Here is what you need:

  • Ninja Creami ice cream maker
  • Caramel protein shake
  • Pumpkin puree
  • Instant espresso
  • Vanilla bean paste or extract
  • Vanilla instant pudding mix
  • Salt
  • Winternacht spice cookies

Here is the Ninja Creami and my best friend.

I love using this protein shake when it comes to anything with coffee. It is delicious and just works so well with the pumpkin flavor as well.

You can use any brand of pumpkin puree, but I love Libby’s. As long as it’s pure pumpkin puree and not pumpkin pie filling.

This is the only brand I have used for many years for recipes, and it is because the espresso flavoring is so strong yet so delicious at the same time.

You can use vanilla bean paste or you can just use vanilla extract. This is the one I buy right off of Amazon.

My favorite instant pudding mix is from Simply Delish. It is plant based, low in carbs, zero sugar and keto friendly. To order simply click here and use code:chefallie10 for 10% off.

This is the brand I bought at Aldi; you can also find similar cookies at other grocery stores.

Here is how to make it:

  1. Place the ice cream base ingredients into the Ninja Creami pint container
  2. Mix until combine and place into the freezer for 24 hours
  3. Once frozen, place the pint without lid into the Ninja Creami bowl
  4. Place the lid with the blade onto the Ninja Creami bowl
  5. Press the “Ice Cream” button
  6. Once cycle is done, press the “re mix” button 5-6 times
  7. In between the re mixes scrape the sides of the pint and continue to re mix
  8. Once the ice cream is to your consistency add the cookie and press “mix in” button
