Fluffernutter Protein Ice Cream
Fluffernutter sandwiches was and still is one of my favorite sandwiches. The combination is the BEST!
Now that I am on my weight loss journey and maintenace from losing 100 pounds I want to enjoy it differently and decided to make it into a delicious protein ice cream.
The ENTIRE pint is only 5 WW, 256 calories and with 36 grams of protein.
Here is what you need:
- Ninja CREAMi ice cream maker
- Fairlife vanilla protein shake, or shake of choice
- Simply Delish sugar free vanilla instant pudding mix
- Simply Delish sugar free butterscotch instant pudding mix
- Vanilla extract
- Marshmallow extract
- Salt
- PB Fit peanut butter powder
- Fluff
- Max Mallow marshmallows

Fairlife is my absolute favorite protein shake to use for all of my protein ice cream recipes. They always come out super creamy and with ZERO aftertaste.

Fluff is the best and I usually always have it in the house. We have 3 kids so fluffernutters usually happen a lot here.

Here is how to make it:
- Place all of the ice cream base ingredients into the Ninja CREAMi pint container
- Blend until combine.
- Place the lid on top and place into the freezer for 12-24 hours.
- Once ready, add to the Ninja CREAMi machine.
- Press the “light ice cream” button 1-2 times.
- Once creamy, add the peanut butter mixture and the mix-ins.
- Press the “Mix-in” button.
- Enjoy once done.

- 1 Ninja Creami Ice Cream Maker
Ingredients
ICE CREAM BASE
- 1 11.5 oz Fairlife vanilla protein shake
- 1/2 TBSP Simply Delish sugar free vanilla instant pudding
- 1/2 TBSP Simply Delish sugar free butterscotch instant pudding
- 1/8 tsp Vanilla extract
- 8-10 Drops Marshmallow extract Order HERE
- 1 Dash Kosher salt
PEANUT BUTTER
- 2 TBSP PB Fit peanut butter powder
- 1-2 TBSP Water or unsweetened almond milk
MIX-INS
- 1 TBSP Marshmallow fluff
- 2 Max Mallow marshmallows chopped
Instructions
- Place all of the ice cream base ingredients into the Ninja CREAMi pint container
- Blend until combine.
- Place the lid on top and place into the freezer for 12-24 hours.
- Once ready, add to the Ninja CREAMi machine.
- Press the "light ice cream" button 1-2 times.
- Once creamy, add the peanut butter mixture and the mix-ins.
- Press the "Mix-in" button.
- Enjoy when done!
I followed your recipe exactly but mine came out textured like snow.. any idea why this would happen??

Ok I REALLY wanna make this but I don’t have the marshmallow extract yet. You think it’ll still be tasty without?
You can use more vanilla until you get it. Without the flavoring it just won’t be as marshmallow tasting is all.
