Oatmeal Cookie Protein Ice Cream
The best way to enjoy the nostalgic ice oatmeal cookie in a healthy ice cream version!

Here is what you will need:
- Ninja CREAMi ice cream maker
- Unsweetened almond milk
- Alani Nu Cinni Buns protein powder
- Simply Delish sugar free vanilla pudding mix
- Vanilla extract
- Cinnamon
- Salt
- Voortman Bakery sugar free mini-iced oatmeal cookies (See pictures below)

I found these cookies one day at Shop Rite and LOVE them. They are the perfect size and are super low in WW points and calories.
The whipped cream that I ALWAYS have on hand in our household.
Here is how to make it:
- In the Ninja CREAMi pint add all of the ice cream base ingredients
- Mix the ingredients until combine and place into the freezer for 12-24 hours.
- Once frozen, add the pint to the Ninja CREAMi base and press the light ice cream button 2-3 times or until creamy
- Take the oatmeal cookies, crush them and add to the center of the ice cream pint
- Place back into the Ninja CREAMi bowl and press the mix-in button
- Enjoy once done
Oatmeal Cookie Protein Ice Cream
Equipment
- 1 Ninja Creami Ice Cream Maker
Ingredients
ICE CREAM BASE
- 2 Cups Kirkland unsweetened almond milk
- 1 Scoop Alani Nu Cinni Bun protein powder or protein powder of choice
- 1 TBSP Simply Delish sugar free vanilla pudding mix
- 1/4 tsp Vanilla extract
- 1 pinch Salt
MIX IN
- 3 each Voortman mini-iced oatmeal sugar free cookies Crushed
GARNISH
- 2 TBSP fat free Reddi whip to garnish, optional
Instructions
- Place the ice cream base ingredients into the Ninja CREAMi pint container.
- Mix until combine and place into the freezer for 12-24 hours.
- Once ready to make, place the pint into the Ninja CREAMi base.
- Press the light ice cream button 2-3 times or until creamy.
- Once creamy, add the crushed cookies into the center of the pint.
- Press the mix in button.
- Enjoy once combine and done.
