Cinnamon Crunch Protein Ice Cream

One our kid’s favorite cereal has always been crunchy cinnamon cereal. If you know, you know. I am the one that is ALWAYS stealing a few handfuls because it’s addicting. Haha!

Well, I found a healthier brand of that well known cereal by Cascadian Farms and you CANNOT tell the difference between the two.

Here is what you will need:

  • Ground cinnamon

Found this cinnamon at Sam’s Club and will never get any other cinnamon. It is the BEST cinnamon.

Cinnamon Crunch Protein Ice Cream

  • 1 Ninja Creami Ice Cream Maker


  • 1 11.5 oz. Fairlife vanilla protein shake or shake of choice
  • 1 TBSP Simply Delish sugar free vanilla pudding mix or pudding mix of choice
  • 1/2 tsp Vanilla bean paste or extract
  • 1 tsp Ground cinnamon
  • 1 Pinch Salt
  • 10 grams Cascadian Farms Cinnamon Crunch cereal


  • Fat free Reddi Whip Optional


  • In the Ninja CREAMi pint container, place all of the ice cream base ingredients.
  • Mix until combine.
  • Place the pint into the freezer for 12-24 hours.
  • Once ready to make, place the pint into the Ninja CREAMi base.
  • Press the 'Light ice cream" mode 2-3 times.
  • Take the cinnamon crunch cereal and crunch just a little then add to the center of the ice cream.
  • Place back into the CREAMi and press the "mix in" button.
  • Enjoy once creamy and delicious.
