Chocolate Cherry Protein Ice Cream
Equipment
- Ninja Creami Ice Cream Maker
Ingredients
- 1 Fairlife chocolate protein shake
- 1 tsp Simply Delish sugar free chocolate pudding mix
- 1 tsp Simply Delish black cherry instant jel mix
- 1/8 tsp Vanilla extract
- Pinch Kosher salt
- 1/2 Cup Cherries pitted
- 18 grams Red Chocolate sugar free dark chocolate bar
Instructions
- In the Ninja CREAMi pint pour the fairlife shake
- Add the pudding mixes, vanilla and salt
- Take a whisk or a handheld blender and combine
- Add the cherries and place into the freezer for 12-24 hours
- Once frozen, place into the Ninja CREAMi and press "light ice cream" button
- Press "light ice cream" button 1-2 more times, or until creamy
- Take the chocolate and chop up then add to the center of the ice cream pint container
- Press the "mix-in" button and enjoy once all done.
