S’mores Iced Latte

Here is what you will need:
- Espresso machine, I use my Nespresso Machine
- Espresso
- Frother, I use my Nespresso frother
- Walden sugar free chocolate syrup or chocolate syrup of choice
- Unsweetened vanilla almond milk
- Stevia or sweetener of choice
- Cook’s Vanilla powder
- Marshmallow extract
- Torani sugar free vanilla syrup
- Graham cracker crumbs
- Fat free Reddi Whip
Here is how to make it:
- First brew the shots of espresso and set into the fridge to chill.
- While the espresso is chilling in the fridge pour the almond milk, graham cracker crumbs, marshmallow extract, stevia, vanilla powder and vanilla syrup into the frother.
- Mix in the frother until combine. If using the Nespresso frother make sure to hold button down until it turns blue for cold froth mode.
- If wanting to garnish the rim, dip into some of the chocolate syrup followed by a tiny bit of graham cracker crumbs (this step is optional).
- Add ice to the glass
- Once espresso is chilled enough, add the 2 TBSP chocolate syrup and mix until combine.
- Pour the milk mixture over the ice followed by the espresso mixture.
- Garnish with whipped cream and enjoy.

Equipment
Ingredients
ESPRESSO
- 4 Shots Espresso I used Nespresso capsules
- 2 TBSP Walden sugar free chocolate syrup Click HERE for Amazon link
MILK MIXTURE
GARNISH
- 2 TBSP Fat free Reddi Whip
RIM GARNISH (OPTIONAL)
- Walden sugar free chocolate syrup Optional
- Graham cracker crumbs Optional
Instructions
- Brew the four shots of espresso and place into the fridge to chill
- In the milk frother add the unsweetened vanilla almond milk, marshmallow extract, graham cracker crumbs, stevia and vanilla syrup. Mix up until combine.
- **OPTIONAL STEP**If making the rim garnish, take the glass or cup you are using and dip into some of the sugar free chocolate syrup then into some of the graham cracker crumbs.
- Put ice into the glass or cup that is being used.
- Take the chilled espresso and add the 2 TBSP chocolate syrup. Mix until combine.
- Pour the milk mixture over the ice followed by the espresso mixture.
- Garnish with whipped cream and enjoy.
