- Bread of your choice, I used sour dough.
- Good Culture 2% cottage cheese
- Whipped in a blender.
- Hidden Valley ranch seasoning
- English cucumbers or mini
- Red onions
- Honey
- Fresh dill
- Salt
- Pepper
- Red pepper flakes (optional)

Equipment
- Nutri Bullet blender
Ingredients
- 1 Slice Sour dough bread or bread of choice
- 1/2 Cup Good Culture 2% cottage cheese whipped
- 1 tsp Hidden Valley ranch seasoning
- 1 Mini cucumber sliced
- 2 TBSP Red onions sliced thin
- 1/2 tsp Honey drizzled
- Fresh dill
- Salt & pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a blender add the cottage cheese and the ranch seasoning
- Blend until smooth and set aside until ready to use
- Toast the sour dough bread.
- Add the ranch whipped cottage cheese on top of the toast
- Add the sliced cucumbers and onions
- Garnish with the honey, fresh dill and salt/pepper to taste
- Enjoy!
