  1. Bread of your choice, I used sour dough.
  2. Good Culture 2% cottage cheese
    1. Whipped in a blender.
  3. Hidden Valley ranch seasoning
  4. English cucumbers or mini
  5. Red onions
  6. Honey
  7. Fresh dill
  8. Salt
  9. Pepper
  10. Red pepper flakes (optional)

Ingredients

  • 1 Slice Sour dough bread or bread of choice
  • 1/2 Cup Good Culture 2% cottage cheese whipped
  • 1 tsp Hidden Valley ranch seasoning
  • 1 Mini cucumber sliced
  • 2 TBSP Red onions sliced thin
  • 1/2 tsp Honey drizzled
  • Fresh dill
  • Salt & pepper to taste

Instructions

  • In a blender add the cottage cheese and the ranch seasoning
  • Blend until smooth and set aside until ready to use
  • Toast the sour dough bread.
  • Add the ranch whipped cottage cheese on top of the toast
  • Add the sliced cucumbers and onions
  • Garnish with the honey, fresh dill and salt/pepper to taste
  • Enjoy!
