- Preheat the oven to 375 degrees
- In a large bowl combine the following ingredients:ย
- Ground turkey
- Drained, rinsed and SQUEEZED out heart of palm
- Blended oats
- Parmesan cheese
- Nonfat Greek yogurt
- Beaten eggs
- Diced onion
- Minced garlic
- Ketchup
- Worcestershire sauce
- Italian seasoning
- Dak’s Spices Italian Blast seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Mix until combined, DO NOT OVER MIX!
- Place mixture into a parchment lined cast iron pan or casserole dish
- Distribute evenly
- Pour the tomato sauce & BBQ sauce mixture over the top
- Brush until coated
- Place into the oven for about 60-80 minutes or until internal temperature is 165 degrees
- Place under the broiler for a few minutes for a crispier top and edges (optional)
- Remove and let rest for about 10 minutes befores serving
