I donโt believe in boring foodโand this recipe proves healthy doesnโt have to be plain. Itโs one of those quick go-to meals that makes eating clean feel exciting. The blackened seasoning adds just enough smoky heat, and the air fryer does all the hard work. Perfect for busy nights or prepping a week’s worth of protein.
Meal Prep Friendly
Make a batch, slice it up, and store in airtight containers for up to 4 days. It reheats like a dream and works in wraps, salads, bowls, or straight from the fridge (I wonโt judge!).

- First trim/cut the chicken breast into 3-4 inch strips or chunks
- You can also just use pre-cut chicken tenders
- Place the chicken into a large bowl
- Spray generously with avocado oil
- Add all of the seasoning and make sure it is coated very well
- Let sit for about 10 minutes
- While the chicken is sitting, preheat your air fryer to 400 degrees
- Once ready, air fry chicken in batches
- You do not want to order crowd the air fryer basket
- Cook chicken for 8-10 minutes
- Temp the chicken and make sure it is at 165 degrees internally
- Place chicken to the side to rest while making other batches
- Once all done, enjoy!
