Healthy McGriddle โ A Recipe You Need in Your Fitness Journey
Iโm finally sharing my McGriddle recipe with you allโsomething that’s been part of my journey since the very beginning! While this isnโt exactly โnewโ to the weight loss and fitness community, this is my version, and Iโm so excited to finally share it with you. Itโs been a go-to for me, and now you can enjoy it too!

Ingredients:
Kodiak Protein Pancake & Waffle Mix (dry)
Nurri Vanilla Protein Shake
Vanilla Bean Paste
Cinnamon
Sugar-Free Pancake Syrup or Maple Syrup
Water (to adjust the consistency)
Chicken Sausage Patty (or turkey sausage, center-cut bacon, or turkey bacon)
Egg (or egg whites for a lower-calorie option)
Fat-Free American Cheese (or cheese of choice)

High Protein & Low Calorie McGriddle
Equipment
- Mini waffle maker Click HERE for link
- Small frying pan
- Avocado oil spray or cooking spray
- Spatula
Ingredients
- 1/3 Cup Kodiak protein pancake & waffle mix or pancake mix of your choice
- 1/4 Cup Nurri vanilla protein shake or protein shake of your choice
- 1/4 tsp Vanilla bean paste
- 1 Dash Cinnamon optional
- 1/2 TBSP Sugar free pancake syrup or maple syrup, calories will change
- 2-3 TBSP Water until consistency is correct
- 1 Jones Dairy chicken sausage patty or protein of your choice
- 1 Egg or egg whites
- 1 Slice Borden's fat free American cheese or cheese of choice
Instructions
- First pre-heat the mini waffle makers**YOU CAN ALSO MAKE TWO SMALL PANCAKES IN A PAN**
- In a small bowl add the pancake mix, protein shake, vanilla bean paste, cinnamon and pancake syrup. Slowly add the water until a good pancake batter consistency is achieved.
- Spray the preheated mini waffle makers with avocado oil spray or cooking spray
- Pour half the batter in one and the other half in the other
- While the waffles are cooking, heat up the chicken sausage patty until golden brown.
- Right before the waffles are done, crack the egg into a greased pan, pop the egg yolk, season with salt and pepper.
- Cook all the way through then place the cheese on top and cover with a lid until melted
- Once ready to assemble, drizzle more syrup into the small squares of the waffle and place the sausage on top followed by the egg with cheese.
- Enjoy!
