2 cups Palmini Roasted Garlic Mash, very well drained
4 slices Columbus Craft Meats turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
½ cup Bowl & Basket reduced fat cheddar cheese
1 large egg
2 tbsp liquid egg whites
22 grams quick oats
1 tbsp cornstarch
½ cup scallions, chopped
Salt, pepper, and garlic powder to taste

How to Make Crispy Palmini Pancakes
Step 1: Remove Moisture
Drain the Palmini extremely well. Press between paper towels to remove as much moisture as possible. This step is key for golden browning.
Step 2: Mix
In a large bowl, combine all ingredients until fully incorporated.
Step 3: Form
Divide into 8 equal pancakes and lightly spray both sides with cooking spray.
Step 4: Cook
Place in the Ninja CRISPi on the Mac Crisp setting for 10 minutes, flipping halfway through.
Let rest 2 to 3 minutes before serving.
If using a skillet, cook over medium heat for 3 to 4 minutes per side until golden brown and crispy.

- 2 cups Palmini Hearts of Palm Roasted Garlic Mashed 2 pouches 8 oz. pouches
- 2 TBSP Liquid egg whites
- 1/2 cup Reduced fat cheddar cheese or cheese of choice
- 4 pieces Turkey Bacon cooked crispy & chopped fine
- 1/2 cup Scallions finely sliced
- 22 grams Oat flour
- 1 TBSP Cornstarch
- Black pepper to taste
- Salt to taste
- 1/2 tsp Dried oregano
- 1/2 tsp Garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp Onion powder
Instructions
- Drain Palmini extremely well. Press between paper towels to remove as much moisture as possible. This is key for crispiness.
- In a bowl, combine Palmini, turkey bacon, cheddar, egg, egg whites, oats, cornstarch, scallions, and seasonings. Mix until fully combined.
- Form into 8 small pancakes and lightly spray both sides with cooking spray.
- Cook in the Ninja CRISPi on the Mac Crisp setting for 10 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- Let rest 2–3 minutes after cooking so they firm up and finish crisping.
- Top with some nonfat Greek yogurt or sour cream and some additional scallions
