Dressing
- 1/2 cup nonfat Greek yogurt
- Juice of 1/2 a lime
- 2 tsp Dijon mustard
- 2 tsp Honey
- 1 TBSP Apple cider vinegar
- 2 TBSP Roasted garlic
- 3 TBSP Cilantro chopped fine
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F.
- Arrange the sweet potatoes and broccoli on separate baking sheets. Lightly spray with avocado oil and season generously with onion powder, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Roast for 25–35 minutes, flipping halfway through, until fork tender and lightly caramelized around the edges.
