A creamy, meal-prep-friendly Greek yogurt bowl packed with over 40 grams of protein, juicy blueberries, a peanut butter drizzle, rich chocolate protein drizzle, and the perfect crispy crunch.

If you’re always rushing out the door in the morning or looking for a healthy snack that’s ready whenever hunger strikes, these Make-Ahead Protein Yogurt Bowls with Peanut Butter & Chocolate Protein Drizzle are about to become your new favorite meal prep recipe.

As someone training for my first bikini competition after losing 100 pounds and maintaining that weight loss for over six years, I’ve learned that having healthy, high-protein meals already prepared is one of the biggest keys to staying consistent. When nutritious food is waiting in the refrigerator, you’re much less likely to reach for convenience foods that don’t support your goals.

These yogurt bowls are one of my favorite grab-and-go breakfasts because they’re incredibly easy to make, packed with over 40 grams of protein, and honestly taste more like dessert than a healthy breakfast. Creamy nonfat Greek yogurt is mixed with vanilla protein pudding for an extra thick, cheesecake-like texture before juicy blueberries are folded in. Then each bowl is topped with a creamy peanut butter drizzle, a rich chocolate protein drizzle made with my favorite limited-edition 1st Phorm Choco Crunch protein powder, and finished with crispy rice cereal, cinnamon, and just a tiny pinch of salt to bring all the flavors together.

Every bite has the perfect combination of creamy, crunchy, sweet, salty, and chocolatey goodness. It satisfies those dessert cravings while giving your body the high-quality protein it needs to build lean muscle, recover after workouts, and keep you feeling full for hours.

Whether you’re meal prepping breakfasts for the week, looking for a post-workout snack, or simply trying to increase your daily protein intake, these bowls are proof that healthy eating doesn’t have to be boring or complicated.
