Ingredients You’ll Need:
- Wild Planet Tuna (or your favorite high-quality tuna)
- Whipped cottage cheese (for a creamy protein boost)
- Primal Kitchen Avocado Mayo (clean & full of healthy fats)
- Wasabi paste or powder (adds a fun kick!)
- Celery (for crunch)
- Red Onion (for sweetness & color)
- Dill pickles
- Apple (optional but adds a delicious fresh bite!)
- Peas (canned or frozen)
- Corn (canned or frozen)
- Fresh lemon juice (for brightness)
- Salt & pepper to taste
- Hot Crispy Oil (optional)

- Chop the red onions, celery, pickles and apples
- Drizzle some lemon juice over the apples to prevent browning during prep
- Set aside
- Get a large bowl and add the tuna
- If using the brand Wild Planet, DO NOT DRAIN
- Flake the tuna in the bowl using a fork
- In a separate bowl, add the whipped cottage cheese, mayo, wasabi and rice wine vinegar
- Add into the bowl with the tuna
- In the same bowl, add the chopped onions, celery, pickles and apples
- Add the peas and corn
- Drizzle more lemon juice over everything then mix everything very well
