1/2 cup 2% Good Culture cottage cheese

4 Happy Farms garlic and herb spreadable cheese wedges

6 slices Columbus Meats turkey bacon

1/4 cup unsweetened Friendly Farms almond milk

Cook the turkey bacon on the stovetop in a pan until super crispy.

Chop the bacon very fine and set aside.

Add the eggs, cottage cheese, garlic and herb cheese wedges, almond milk, onion powder, garlic powder, oregano, salt, and pepper to a blender or food processor.

Blend until completely smooth.

Spray a silicone egg bite mold generously with cooking spray.

Place 1 tablespoon of crispy turkey bacon into the bottom of each mold.

Pour 4 tablespoons of the egg mixture over the bacon in each mold.

Cover the egg bite mold tightly with foil.

Pour 2 cups of water into the bottom of the Instant Pot.

Place the trivet inside.

Set the foil-covered egg bite mold on top of the trivet.

Secure the Instant Pot lid.

Set the Instant Pot to Steam for 8 minutes.

When cooking time is up, allow the Instant Pot to sit with the lid on for an additional 10 minutes.

Carefully remove the mold, let cool slightly, then remove the egg bites and enjoy.

Garlic Herb Turkey Bacon Egg Bites (Instant Pot)
Equipment
- Blender or food processor
- Instant pot
- Instant pot trivet
- Instant pot egg mold
- Foil
Ingredients
- 6 Turkey bacon slices chopped very small
- 5 Whole eggs
- 4 Happy Farms Garlic & Herb spreadable cheese wedges or light laughing cow wedges
- 1/2 cup 2% Good Culture cottage cheese or cottage cheese of choice
- 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1/2 tsp Garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp Onion powder
- 1/2 tsp Dried oregano
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Chop the turkey bacon into small pieces
- Place into a lightly greased pan
- Cook until super crispy and set aside on a piece of paper towel
- In the blender or food processor add the remaining ingredients
- Blend until smooth
- Add 1 TBSP of crispy turkey bacon onto the bottom of each egg bite mold
- Pour 4 TBSP of the egg mixture into each mold on top of the turkey bacon
- Cover the mold with foil
- Pour 2 cups of water to the bottom of the Instant Pot followed by the trivet
- Place the egg bite mold on top of the trivet
- Set the Instant Pot to steam for 8 minutes
- Once the4 8 minutes is done, let them sit for an additional 10 minutes
- Remove the lid, take the trivet out carefully with the egg bite mold
- Remove the foil and enjoy!
