Grabbing 96/4 ground beef is the best for macros. If you do not have access to this lean of meat, any will do but the WW points will change as well as calories

My favorite low calorie and low WW point pasta that is the BEST tasting and doesn’t turn into MUSH!

If you do not want to make your own sauce like me, I have my favorite store brand from Aldi. Clean ingredients as well.

Here is my sauce I made and make from garden fresh tomatoes, calories are lower, and no oil added. The Aldi marinara also does not have oil added either.

Fresh or prepared minced garlic will do just fine.

The ONLY beef and chicken broth or bone broth I use. If you’d like to try them out use code CHEFALLIESKITCHEN at Kettle & Fire for 20% off. Click HERE to order.

Any Italian spice blend will work just fine. I personally LOVE Dak’s Spices and if you would like to try them out, use code CHEFALLIE at Dak’s Spices for discount.

Whipped cream cheese is great to use for this recipe but the light laughing cow wedges are the best alternative for cream cheese and low in calories and WW points.

This is the little BEAST I use to whip up my cottage cheese and it works like a charm. Click HERE to grab one!

Here is a quick, easy and delicious recipe I made during my busy days as a stay-at-home mom/ food blogger.  My days here are so busy and I just need something easy and filling so this one was created.  Here is what you will need:

Autumn Kale Salad

Autumn Kale Salad

This gorgeous salad is the perfect Autumn salad. It has beautiful colors and is packed full of flavors.

Here is what you will need:

  • Fresh kale
  • Shaved Brussel sprouts
  • Dressing of choice
  • Roasted butternut squash
  • Cooked beets
  • Fat free feta
  • Pepitas

I used to not be much of a fan of kale. But if prepared correctly it is very delicious.

I took fresh brussels sprouts and put them through the food processor to make them super finely shredded.

This dressing is super tasty and paired very well with the salad.

Butternut squash is my absolute favorite squash. It is sweet yet makes great for a savory side as well.

Here are the two spices from Dak’s that I used for then roasted butternut squash. If you ever want to purchase Dak’s Spices use code CHEFALLIE at Dak’s Spices

These are an amazing thing to have on hand for salads or any kind of meal that you’d like to add some delicious flavor to. They are already cooked and so amazing.

This is one of the fat free feta brands that I use. The macros are crazy good for a lot.

Pepitas are just roasted pumpkin seeds and they are so great on top of salads.

Here is how to make it:

  1. First place the kale into a large bowl
  2. Add the dressing and massage the kale with your hands
  3. Add the shaved Brussel sprouts and everything else
  4. Enjoy

Mushroom Lovers Pizza

Mushroom Lovers Pizza

I personally LOVE mushrooms and love them even more on my own personal pizza.

I am the only one in my house that enjoys and loves mushrooms so when it is pizza night, I make sure to load up on mushrooms,

This Mushroom Lover’s Pizza is heaven!

Here is what you will need:

  • My Bizzy Kitchen Skinny Pizza dough, recipe link HERE
  • Small cast iron pan, HERE is the one I use
  • Whipped cottage cheese, see notes in recipe
  • Fat free mozzarella cheese
  • Avocado oil
  • Mushrooms
  • Salt & Pepper to taste

Cast iron pans are the only thing I used for pizza nights. The crust ALWAYS turns out amazing. HERE is the one I use for my personal size.

You can certainly use any cheese you would like. I love the fat free mozzarella cheese and it melts perfectly in the oven.

Sauteed mushrooms are the most amazing thing. I am the only one in the house that likes and eats mushrooms, so this pizza was ALL for me!

I recently found this brand at Whole Foods and love them. The calories are great, but the ingredients are even more great.

I LOVE this brand for cottage cheese. If you cannot find this one-use Daisy.

Dak’s Spices are the BEST. They do not have any salt added and they are just beautiful blends. If you’d like to try them out use CODE:CHEFALLIE for a discount at Dak’s Spices

Adding garlic salt to the crust on my pizza is a game changer. So, when you do it, let me know how you like it.

Fresh basil is key when making pizzas. If you do not have fresh basil just sprinkle a little dried basil on top when the pizza is done.

Here is how to make it:

  1. You will first need to make Skinny Pizza dough, Grab the recipe HERE
  2. Once you make the dough, portion out the amount you would like to use
  3. Preheat the oven to 425 degrees
  4. Roll the portioned dough into a lightly greased cast iron pan
  5. Add the whipped cottage cheese followed by the shredded cheese
  6. Add the chicken sausage and mushrooms
  7. Spray the crust lightly with avocado oil followed by the garlic salt
  8. Add the remaining seasonings on top of the pizza
  9. Bake at 425 degrees for about 10-15 minutes or until golden brown
  10. Garnish with fresh basil, grated parmesan and red pepper flakes
