CHICKEN PATTY INGREDIENTS
½ lb 98% Fat free ground chicken
½ Zucchini (medium)Grated and squeezed of liquid
⅛ cup Nonfat Greek yogurt
½ tsp Dried oregano
⅙ cup Fresh parsleyChopped fine
⅙ cup Fresh basilChopped fine
Grated parmesan cheese
⅙ cup OnionChopped fine
½ tbsp Fresh garlicMinced
⅛ tsp Salt
⅛ tsp Black pepper
FIX-INS/TOPPINGS/BREAD
½ cup Kraft fat free mozzarella cheese
½ cup Marinara sauceI used homemade
Fresh basil leaves

BREADING/BATTER
¼ cup Egg whites
2 ½ Wasa light rye crackersCrushed fine
½ tbsp Italian seasoning
⅛ tsp Salt
Black pepper
1Preheat the air fryer to 380 degrees
2In a large bowl add all of the chicken patty ingredients
3Mix until combine but DO NOT OVER MIX *will cause a dry patty*
4Divide chicken patty ingredients into 4 equal patties
5In a separate bowl, combine the crushed crackers, Italian seasoning, salt and pepper.
6In another bowl add the egg whites
7Take each patty and dip into the egg whites then into the bread crumb mixture
8Spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray then place the patty onto the basket.
9Once all patties are on the basket spray the tops of the patties with more cooking spray
10Cook until the patties reach 165 degrees internally.
11Add some cheese on each patty, place back into the air fryer until melted
12Top with some warm sauce and onto a lightly toasted bun.
