Meal Prep Tip
Make a batch of the blackened chicken ahead of time and keep everything prepped in containers. When you’re ready, just assemble, roll, and eat. It’s that easy.

- First prepare my Blackened Air Fryer Chicken, or you can use rotisserie chicken
- Drain and rinse the Palmini hearts of palm lasagna sheets then pat dry really well. Use code CHEFALLIE at Palmini
- Chop the lasagna sheets into small dice
- Spray a sautรฉ pan lightly with avocado oil and set to medium heat
- Add the hearts of palm, spray again with avocado oil, season with dried oregano and salt/pepper to taste
- Cook until golden brown, set aside to cool
- In a small bowl combine the pesto, dressing, nonfat Greek yogurt and Green Zest or oregano.
- Mix and set in the fridge until ready for use
- Chop the blackened chicken or rotisserie chicken and add to a large bowl
- In the same large bowl add the chopped romaine, hearts of palm and parmesan cheese
- Add the dressing mixture and mix everything until combined
- Lay out the flatbread, add the filling, roll up and enjoy
