Instructions
Get your nonstick pan ready with some avocado oil spray
Whisk up 3 eggs
Pour into the greased nonstick pan
Season with Dak's Green Zest or seasoning of choice
Season to taste with salt and pepper
Warm up the refried beans in the microwave for about 20 seconds
Place them onto one half of the omelet.
Take the cheeses and sprinkle all over and fold omelet in half.
Cover again allowing to melt the cheeses.
Remove, add the relish and garnish with cilantro.Enjoy!
