Chef Allie's Meatball Wrap

Enjoy my delicious meatballs in a wrap form. My meatballs are a fan favorite and kid friendly.

Equipment

  • Griddle or saute pan

Ingredients

  • Avocado oil spray
  • 1 Joseph flax, oat bran and whole wheat lavash bread
  • 1/2 Cup Sauteed peppers and onions seasoned
  • 1/2 Cup Kraft fat free mozzarella cheese
  • 4 Chicken Meatballs In Red Sauce Click HERE for recipe
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions

  • First preheat the griddle or sauté pan.
  • Take the lavash bread and lay out on the cutting board.
  • Sprinkle half the cheese down followed by the sauté peppers and onions.
  • Add 4 of my Chicken Meatballs down (warm in microwave if needed).
  • Sprinkle the remaining cheese and roll up into a burrito shape.
  • Take the wrap and place onto a lightly greased griddle or sauté pan.
  • Use a press to help brown
  • Brown all sides and enjoy.
