Chef Allie’s Meatball Wrap

Have you tried my Chicken Meatballs In Red Sauce yet? If not, what are you waiting for? This meatball wrap just takes them to another level. Enjoy this meatball wrap for only 5 WW and 442 calories. 

Here is what you will need:

Here is how to make it:

  1. Preheat your griddle or sauté pan 
  2. Lay the lavash bread down onto a cutting board
  3. Sprinkle half the cheese down followed by the sauteed peppers and onions
  4. Add the meatballs and remaining cheese
  5. Roll up like a burrito and place onto the griddle or saute pan with a light spray of avocado oil
  6. Brown on all sides to get crisp, I like to use a griddle press
  7. Enjoy once all browned

  • Griddle or saute pan

  • Avocado oil spray
  • 1 Joseph flax, oat bran and whole wheat lavash bread
  • 1/2 Cup Sauteed peppers and onions seasoned
  • 1/2 Cup Kraft fat free mozzarella cheese
  • 4 Chicken Meatballs In Red Sauce Click HERE for recipe
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste


  • First preheat the griddle or sauté pan.
  • Take the lavash bread and lay out on the cutting board.
  • Sprinkle half the cheese down followed by the sauté peppers and onions.
  • Add 4 of my Chicken Meatballs down (warm in microwave if needed).
  • Sprinkle the remaining cheese and roll up into a burrito shape.
  • Take the wrap and place onto a lightly greased griddle or sauté pan.
  • Use a press to help brown
  • Brown all sides and enjoy.
