Get Recipe Ingredients
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
In one bowl combine the dry ingredients and set aside
In a separate bowl combine the wet ingredients
Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients until combined
Spray the muffin pan well with cooking spray
Scoop out batter into the 12 muffin slots
Bake for 15-20 minutes
While muffins are baking, combine the sugar topping
Once the muffins are out, spray the tops with butter and sprinkle ths sugar on top
Let cool in pan for about 10 minutes before removing
