Here is the amazing Ninja Creami that makes all the best protein ice cream recipes I share and is TOTATLLY worth it!

This little blender is great, small and is a beast. Order one right HERE if interested.  Blending the ice cream base definitely helps with combining the pudding mixture.

I personally ONLY like this brand for my ice cream recipes. They always come out so smooth, creamy as well as ZERO protein aftertaste flavor.

Simply Delish is the only pudding mix I like to use. They are an amazing company and is also plant-based pudding mix. If you’d like to try them out order HERE.

You can certainly use any pumpkin puree but DO NOT USE pumpkin pie filling.

Again, you can use any kind of pumpkin pie spice. I personally LOVE Dak’s Spices and they are like family to me. If ever interested, please use CODE:CHEFALLIE at Dak’s Spices.

Vanilla bean paste really brings out the vanilla flavoring and is so delicious. You can also use vanilla extract instead. I order this one right from amazon HERE.

Here is how to make it:

  1. First place the protein shake, pudding mix, vanilla, salt , pumpkin pie spice and pumpkin into the blender. This step is optional, but it makes sure that pudding mix is completely combine.
  2. Pour mixture into the Ninja Creami pint container
  3. Place into freezer overnight
  4. Once ready to make, remove from the freezer
  5. Place the pint into the Ninja Creami bowl with the lid and blade attachment
  6. Press the “light ice cream” mode 3-4 times or until it is nice and smooth/creamy looking
