Caramelized Banana Split

A fun new twist on the banana split.
Here is what you need:
- Banana
- Walden Farms sugar free strawberry syrup
- Walden Farms sugar free chocolate syrup
- Great Value peanut butter powder
- Water
- Toasted almonds
- Fresh raspberries
- Fat free Reddi whip
These have been my favorite sugar free syrups lately. I get them off of Amazon. Click HERE for the chocolate and click HERE for the strawberry one.
Walmart brand peanut butter power is the lowest brand I’ve found. You can have 1 tablespoon for 0 WW with Great Value brand.
Here is how to make it:
- Slice the banana in half, lengthwise.
- Place the banana into a non-stick pan with a little avocado oil open side down
- Brown in the pan until the banana is nice and caramelized.
- Garnish with your choice of toppings
- Enjoy

- Nonstick frying pan
Ingredients
- 1 Large Banana Cut in half, lengthwise
- 1-2 TBSP Walden Farms sugar free chocolate syrup Click HERE to order
- 1-2 TBSP Walden Farms sugar free strawberry syrup Click HERE to order
- 1 TBSP Great Value peanut butter powder
- 1-2 TBSP Water to make peanut butter
- 1/4 Cup Fresh raspberries
- 1 1/2 TBSP Almonds toasted
- 2 TBSP Fat free Reddi Whip
Instructions
- In a non-stick frying pan, spray lightly with avocado oil
- Slice the banana in half lengthwise and place into the pan (open side down)
- Cook on medium heat until nice and golden brown and caramelized
- Garnish with your choice of toppings and enjoy
