Chef Allie’s Pumpkin Protein Ice Cream is ONLY 3 WW and 230 Calories. It is PERFECT for fall!

Here is what you need:

Here is how to make it:

  1. Add all the ingredients to the Ninja CREAMi pint
  2. Take a whisk and mix until fully combine
  3. Place into the freezer for 12-24 hours
  4. When ready to make, place the pint into the Ninja CREAMi base
  5. Press the “light ice cream” button 1-2 times
  6. If needing an extra spin to get even more creamy, press the “re-spin” button
  7. Enjoy once done

It is pumpkin season and how about a delicious protein ice cream to keep you full and satisfied.

Equipment

  • 1 Ninja Creami Ice Cream Maker Click HERE for the Amazon link

Ingredients

  • 1 11.5 ounce Fairlife vanilla protein shake
  • 1/4 Cup Unsweetened vanilla almond milk
  • 1/3 Cup Pure pumpkin puree NOT pumpkin pie filling
  • 1 TBSP Simply Delish sugar free instant pudding mix Code CHEFALLIE10 and click HERE
  • 1/4 tsp Native vanilla bean paste Click HERE for Amazon link
  • 1 tsp Vanilla bean powder Click HERE for Amazon link
  • 1/4 tsp Dak's Spices Pumpkin Spice seasoning Click HERE for Amazon link
  • 1 Pinch Salt

Instructions

  • Put all the ingredients into the Ninja CREAMi pint and mix until combined
  • Place into the freezer for 12-24 hours
  • Once ready, add to the machine and press the "light ice cream" mode 1-2 times
  • If it isn't creamy enough, press the "re-spin" button until creamy
  • Enjoy!
