  1. Bananas
  2. Sugar or sugar substitute for WW points
  3. Flour
  4. Unsweetened cocoa powder
  5. Baking powder 
  6. Baking soda
  7. Nonfat Greek yogurt
  8. Unsweetened almond milk
  9. Vanilla
  10. Liquid egg whites
  11. Whole egg
  12. Salt
  13. Orange zest
  14. Fresh orange juice
  15. Sugar free chocolate chips

Ingredients

MUFFIN BATTER

  • 3 Bananas
  • 1/4 Cup Liquid egg whites
  • 1 Egg
  • 1/4 Cup Nonfat Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 Cup Sugar or sugar substitute for WW points
  • 1 Cup Flour
  • 1/2 Cup Unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp Baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp Baking soda
  • 1/4 Cup Unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 1/2 TBSP Orange zest
  • 2 TBSP Fresh orange juice
  • 1 Pinch Salt

GARNISH

  • 1/2 TBSP Orange zest
  • 60 Lily's no sugar added dark chocolate chips

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees
  • In a bowl mash the bananas
  • In the same bowl add all of the batter ingredients
  • Mix until combined
  • Place the batter into a greased muffin pan making 12 muffins
  • Top the batter with the garnish
  • Place into the oven for 15-20 minutes
  • Let cool for about 10 minutes and enjoy

Recipe makes 12 standard muffins

    Sounds delicious! How much mashed banana is that? I usually freeze bananas, and they’re all sizes?

      I used about 7” bananas. I also freeze mine too for shakes or banana breads. I’d say probably 1 cup worth

      I don’t think they do. With the cocoa and orange overpowering flavors 😎

    The recipe says sugar. Regular sugar is 48 points for a half cup.

      The WW points is the sugar substitute not regular sugar. But you can use regular but they will be higher in points.
