- Nonfat Greek yogurt
- Light mayo
- Dijon mustard
- Garlic powder
- Onion powder

Tuna Melt on an English Muffin

Equipment
- Air fryer or oven
- Mixing bowls
- Measuring spoons
Ingredients
- 1 5oz Wild Planet albacore tuna in water do not drain
- 2 TBSP Nonfat Greek yogurt
- 15 grams Light mayonnaise
- 2 1/2 tsp Dijon mustard
- 2 TBSP Scallions Thinly sliced
- 1/4 tsp Garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp Onion powder
- 1 tsp Dak's Spices Green Zest or Italian seasoning
- 1 Light English muffin
- 28 grams Kraft fat free cheddar cheese or cheese of choice
Instructions
- In a bowl add the entire can of tuna, juice included if using Wild Planet brand.
- Break the tuna up to your liking with a fork.
- In the same bowl add the nonfat Greek yogurt, light mayo, Dijon mustard, scallions, garlic powder, onion powder and Green Zest or Italian seasoning.
- Mix until combined and season to taste with salt and pepper.
- Slice the English muffin in half and place into a 350-degree air fryer or oven to lightly toast. About 2-3 minutes.
- Once toasted, divide the tuna mixture between the two halves.
- Add the cheese on top of both halves and place back into the air fryer or oven until cheese is melted. About 2-3 minutes.
