- 1 cup Regular plain mashed potatoes salt & pepper only
- 2 TBSP Roasted garlic
- 1/2 cup Kraft fat free cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup canned corn no salt
- 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1 cup homemade gravy recipe below
- 1 1/2 cups Blackened chicken recipe HERE or chicken of choice
Homemade Gravy
- 1 1/2 cups Low sodium chicken broth
- 2 tsp chicken seasoning
- Slurry 1 TBSP cornstarch & 2 TBSP water mixed together
Instructions
