Garlic & Ranch Roasted Potatoes
The best potatoes are little roasted potatoes and even better with ranch and garlic.

- Sheet pan
- Bowl for mixing
- 1 Small Bag The Little Potato Company potatoes
- 1 tsp Avocado oil
- 1 TBSP Minced garlic
- 2 tsp Ranch seasoning I used Dak's Nothin But Ranch seasoning
- Salt & Pepper to taste
- 1 TBSP Pure Olive Oil to garnish
- Parsley to garnish
- Preheat oven to 375
- Slice potatoes in half and place into a bowl
- Spray potatoes with avocado oil until coated lightly
- Sprinkle the ranch seasoning, garlic , salt & pepper
- Place potatoes onto a sheet tray and bake for 30-35 minutes
- Garnish with salt, pepper, olive oil and parsley
