Hot Bean Dip

Easy and delicious hot side side or topping for tacos or burritos

  • Avocado oil spray
  • 1 Small Red onion diced
  • 2 Cans Black beans drained and rinsed
  • 1/2 Can Fat free refried beans
  • 1/2 Cup Water
  • 1 tsp Cumin
  • 1 tsp Chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic powder
  • Salt & Pepper to taste
  • Cheese Optional


  • In a small pot or pan spray with avocado oil spray and saute red onions until translucent.
  • Add everything else into the pan and turn heat to low
  • Toss lightly so you don't break the black beans and simmer until a nice smooth consistency
  • Add cheese if desired


Serves 4 at 3/4 Cup portions and 0SP on WW Blue and WW Purple plan and 5SP on green WW Plan
