Made with Skinny Pizza Dough, my Blueberry sauce and my Crockpot Cinnamon Apples, you just cannot go wrong!

Blueberry & Cinnamon Streusel Dessert Pizzas

Equipment

Ingredients

APPLE DESSERT PIZZA "SAUCE"

  • 4 oz My Bizzy Kitchen Skiiny Pizza Dough Link in notes
  • 3 TBSP Non fat greek yogurt
  • 1/2 tsp Tasty Shakes Apple Cinnamon for apple pizza
  • 4 grams Sugar free instant vanilla pudding mix
  • Splash Vanilla extract

BLUEBERRY DESSERT PIZZA "SAUCE"

  • 1/2 tsp Tasty Shakes Vanilla for blueberry pizza
  • 3 TBSP Non fat greek yogurt
  • 4 grams Sugar free instant vanilla pudding mix
  • Splash Vanilla exctract

APPLE DESSERT PIZZA TOPPING

  • 1/2 Cup My Crockpot CInnamon Apples recipe on my blog

BLUEBERRY DESSERT PIZZA TOPPING

  • 1/2 Cup My Blueberry Sauce recipe recipe on my blog

STRUESEL FOR BOTH PIZZAS

  • 2 TBSP Uncooked quick oats
  • 1 tsp Swerve Brown Sugar replacement
  • 1/4 tsp Cinnamon

PIZZA GLAZE

  • 2 TBSP Swerve confectioners' sugar replacement
  • Splash Unsweetened almond milk
  • pinch Cinnamon
  • 4 oz My Bizzy Kitchen Skinny Pizza Dough recipe in notes

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400
  • On a floured service, roll out the dough into a circle.
  • Place onto a greased cast iron pan or parchment lined sheet tray
  • In a bowl combine the yogurt, cream cheese, tasty shakes and vanilla. Spread over the dough
  • In a bowl combine the oats, brown sugar and half the cinnamon amount
  • Add the apples/blueberries on top, sprinkle the oat streusel, coconut sugar on the crust and bake until golden brown. About 10-12 minutes
  • While cooking mix together the glaze. Mix the confectioner's sugar, milk and cinnamon together and drizzle on top once out of the oven and ready to eat.
