Easy Breakfast Sandwich
This was a TikTok sandwich hack that went viral and has been a staple since I saw it.
It is extremely easy to make and is very filling.
It is only 4 WW, 346 calories and packed with 39.7 grams of protein.
Here is what you need:
- Non-stick pan
- Avocado oil spray
- Low carb bread
- Eggs
- Egg substitute
- Turkey pepperoni
- Fat free American cheese
- Dak’s Green Zest or seasoning of choice
- Dak’s Everything But The Salt seasoning or Everything but the bagel seasoning
- Salt
- Pepper
On WW eggs are zero points so I like to combine whole eggs with egg substitute.
I grab this at Aldi, they are the cheapest.

Turkey peperoni is actually pretty good if used properly. I like adding it to breakfast and pizzas.
My favorite fat free american cheese singles are from Borden. I usually find it at Shop Rite stores.

You can certainly use any butter spray, but I found this brand for less and has more in the bottle.

Here is how to make it:
- In a non-stick pan spray some avocado oil spray
- Take the turkey pepperoni and quarter it
- Sprinkle the pepperoni into the pan once the pan is heated up
- Whisk the eggs and egg substitute and pour over the pepperoni
- Season eggs with salt, pepper and the Dak’s Green Zest
- Take a lid and cover the pan
- Right before the eggs set up on top add the bread slices on top
- Spray the bread with butter and sprinkle the Everything But Tha Salt on top of the bread slices
- Take a spatula and flip everything over so that the bread is now on the bottom
- Add the cheese to the eggs and fold sandwich
- Brown each side and enjoy

- 2 Slices Borden fat free American cheese singles
- 2 each Royo Bread Co. Artisan Bread or low carb bread
- Butter spray
- Everything But Tha Salt seasoning or everything but the bagel seasoning
Instructions
- In a non-stick pan spray some avocado oil spray
- Take the turkey pepperoni and quarter it
- Sprinkle the pepperoni into the pan once the pan is heated up
- Whisk the eggs and egg substitute and pour over the pepperoni
- Season eggs with salt, pepper and the Dak's Green Zest
- Take a lid and cover the pan
- Right before the eggs set up on top add the bread slices on top
