Chocolate Peanut Butter Cottage Cheese Protein Ice Cream

Here is what you need:
- Mini food processor or blender, HERE is the one I use

- Good Culture 2% cottage cheese
- Fairlife chocolate protein shake
- Unsweetened almond milk
- Unsweetened cocoa powder
- Simply Delish sugar free chocolate pudding mix, click HERE for discount
- Simply Delish sugar free vanilla pudding mix
- Vanilla extract
- Salt

- Water
- Unsalted peanuts

I LOVE this brand of cottage cheese but if you cannot find this brand I suggest using Daisy brand.

Here is how to make it:
- In the blender place the cottage cheese, Fairlife chocolate protein shake, unsweetened almond milk, both pudding mixes, cocoa powder, vanilla and salt.ย
- Blend until smoothย
- Pour the mixture into the Ninja CREAMi pint
- Place the pint into the freezer for 12-24 hours
- Once ready, place the pint in the Ninja CREAMiย
- Press the โlight ice creamโ mode 2-3 times or until creamy
- While blending mix the peanut butter powder with some water until peanut butter consistency
- Put the peanut butter into the center for the ice cream and press โmix inโ
- Once done add some crushed peanuts and enjoy

Chocolate Peanut Butter Cottage Cheese Protein Ice Cream
Equipment
- Blender or food processor
- Ninja Creami Ice Cream Maker
Ingredients
ICE CREAM BASE
- 1/2 Cup Good Culture 2% cottage cheese or cottage cheese of choice
- 5 Fluid oz. Fairlife chocolate protein shake or shake of choice
- 1/2 Cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1/2 TBSP Unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/2 TBSP Simply Delish sugar free vanilla pudding mix
- 7 grams Simply Delish sugar free chocolate pudding mix
- 1/4 tsp Vanilla extract
- 1 Pinch Salt
MIX-IN
- 2 TBSP PB Fit peanut butter powder
- 2-3 TBSP Water
GARNISH
- 2 grams Unsalted peanuts crushed
Instructions
- Place the ice cream base ingredients into the blender or food processor
- Blend until smooth
- Pour the ice cream base into the Ninja CREAMi pint
- Place the pint into the freezer for 12-24 hours
- Once ready, place the pint into the Ninja CREAMi and set on "light ice cream" mode 2-3 times or until creamy
- While mixing, put the peanut butter powder and water into a bowl and mix until peanut butter consistency. A little water at a time
- Once ice cream is done, place the peanut butter into the center of the ice cream then press the "mix-in" button
- Garnish with crushed peanuts and enjoy
