Apple Pie Protein Shake

Here is what you will need:
- Nutribullet or blender of choice
- Frozen banana
- Crockpot Cinnamon Apples
- Sweat Ethic vanilla protein powder, code CHEFALLIE
- Cinnamon
- Unsweetened almond milk
- Water
- Ice
- Smucker’s sugar free caramel sauce
- Graham cracker crumbs
- Fat free Reddi Whip
Here is how to make it:
- In the Nutribullet or blender add the banana, crockpot cinnamon apples, protein powder, cinnamon, almond milk, water and ice.
- Blend until super smooth
- Take the glass you are using and dip into the caramel sauce and then roll into the graham cracker crumbs.
- This step is completely optional but delicious.
- Garnish with the Reddi Whip and enjoy.

APPLE PIE PROTEIN SHAKE INGREDIENTS
- 1 Medium Banana frozen
- 1/2 Cup Crockpot Cinnamon Apples Recipe HERE
- 34 grams Sweat Ethic vanilla cream protein powder use code chefallie at Sweat Ethic
- 1/8 tsp Cinnamon
- 1 Pinch Salt
- 3/4 Cup Unsweetened kirkland almond milk or milk of choice
- 1/4 Cup Water
- 1/3 Cup Ice
GLASS GARNISH
- 5 grams Smucker's sugar free caramel sauce
- 3 tsp Stop & Shop graham cracker crumbs
SHAKE GARNISH
- 2 TBSP fat free Reddi Whip
Instructions
- In the Nutribullet or blender add all of the shake ingredients and blend until smooth
- Take the carame sauce and rim the glass you are using then roll into the graham cracker crumbs
- Pour the shake into the glass and garnish with the whipped cream
