Pumpkin Cookie Crunch Protein Ice Cream

Here is what you need:
- Ninja CREAMi ice cream maker
- Fairlife vanilla protein shake or shake of choice
- Pure pumpkin puree
- Simply Delish sugar free instant pudding mix
- Native Vanilla bean paste or vanilla extract
- Salt
- Benton’s 100 calorie baked chocolate wafer snacks
Here is how to make it:
- In the Ninja CREAMi pint container, add the Fairlife shake, pumpkin puree, Simply Delish pudding mix, vanilla bean paste and a pint of salt
- Mix until combined
- Place into the freezer for 12-24 hours
- When ready to make, remove the pint and place on the coutner for about 10-15 minutes
- After the 10-15 minutes place the pint into the Ninja CREAMi base
- Press the light ice cream mode
- Add a splash of unsweetened alomond milk into the center of the ice cream and press light ice cream mode again
- If not creamy after two spins, scrape the sides with a spoon an press the re-spin button
- Add the cookies into the center of the pint and press the mix-in button
- Enjoy!

- 1 11.5 oz. Fairlife Vanilla protein shake Click HERE for link or shake of choice
- 1/2 Cup Pure pumpkin puree
- 1 TBSP Simply Delish sugar free vanilla instant pudding mix Click HERE and use code CHEFALLIE10
- 1/8 tsp Native Vanilla bean paste Click HERE for Amazon link
- 1/8 tsp Dak's Spices Pumpkin Spice seasoning or pumpkin spice seasoning of choice
- 1/8 tsp Cinnamon
CREAMY ADDITIVE
- 2 TBSP Unsweetened almond milk optional if needed
MIX-IN
- 20 grams Benton's 100 calorie chocolate baked wafers Aldi brand
Instructions
- Take the Ninja CREAMi pint and add the protein shake, pumpkin puree, instant pudding, vanilla paste, pumpkin spice, cinnamon and pinch of salt
- Mix until combined
- Place the pint into the freezer for 12-24 hours
- Once ready, place the pint into the Ninja CREAMi base
- Press the light ice cream button
- Add a splash of unsweetened almond milk into the center of the pint and press the light ice cream button again
- If not creamy enough, scrape the sides of the pint then press re-spin
- Add the cookies into the center of the ice cream and press the mix-in button
