Ingredients

FILLING

  • 3 oz Cooked seasoned chicken breast Chopped fine
  • 1/3 Cup Coleslaw blend
  • 1/3 Cup Shredded red cabbage
  • 1/3 Cup Shredded carrots
  • 2 TBSP Scallions Sliced thin

PEANUT SAUCE

  • 2 TBSP Peanut butter powder
  • 1/2 TBSP Low sodium soy sauce
  • 1 Juice of lime
  • 2 TBSP Nonfat Greek yogurt
  • 8 grams Unsalted peanuts Crushed
  • 1 tsp Minced garlic
  • 1 tsp Ginger paste
  • 1/4 tsp Red pepper flakes
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste

WRAP

  • 1 Joseph lavash whole wheat bread

Instructions

  • In a small bowl add the peanut sauce ingredients and mix until combined, set aside.
  • In a separate bowl add all the filling ingredients then add the peanut sauce and
  • Mix everything until combined
  • Place everything onto the lavash bread
  • Roll up and place onto a heated frying pan or griddle
  • Brown all sides and enjoy once done
