 2 ½ lbs Chicken breasts
 Avocado oil spray
 Flaky sea saltto taste
 Fresh cracked black pepperto taste
 2 tsp Garlic powder
 2 tsp Onion powder
 2 tsp Dried oregano
 ½ OnionSliced thin
 10 Roasted garlic clovesmore or less depending on your taste
 1 jar Whole or Sliced pepperoncini pepperswith the juice *Aldi brand has clean ingredients for coloring (turmeric no yellow dye)
 ½ cup Fresh cilantro (optional)chopped

Directions:

  1. Place the chicken breasts on the bottom of the crockpot
  2. Spray both sides lightly with avocado oil
  3. Season both sides with garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, salt and pepper
  4. Add the roasted garlic, sliced onions and the entire jar of pepperoncini peppers (juice as well)
  5. Cover and set to low for 6-8 hours
  6. Once ready, shred or chunk chicken
  7. Chop the cilantro and add before serving
