- Oven
- Sheet pan
- JUMBO cupcake pan
- Mixing bowl
- Whisk or electric hand mixer
Ingredients
CHEESECAKE BATTER
- 4 ounces Light cream cheese room temperature
- 1/2 cup Nonfat Greek yogurt room temperature
- 1 Egg room temperature
- 50 grams Clean Simple Eats Strawberry Cheesecake protein powder code CHEFALLIE
- 1 tsp Vanilla extract
- Juice of half a lemon
- 3 TBSP Sugar free pancake syrup
- 1 Pinch Salt
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375 degrees
- In a mixing bowl add all of the cheesecake batter ingredients
- Mix well with a whisk or an electric hand mixer until smooth and creamy
- Line the jumbo cupcake pan with 5 cupcake liners
