Equipment

  • Air fryer or oven

Ingredients

  • 1 3-4 oz Chicken breast air fried or baked
  • Salt to taste for chicken
  • Black pepper to taste for chicken
  • Dak's Super Greek to taste or seasoning of your choice
  • 3 Cups Romaine Chopped
  • 1/2 Cup tomaotes Diced
  • 1/3 Cupe red onions sliced
  • 1/4 Cup Atheno's FF Feta cheese
  • 1/4 Cup Roasted red peppers chopped
  • 1 Mini cucumbers sliced
  • 2 TBSP Skinny Girl FF Poppyseed dressing
  • Dak's Everything But Tha Salt or everything but the bagel seasoning

Instructions

  • Season chicken breast with salt, pepper and Dak;s Super Greek seasoning
  • Set air fryer or oven to 350/375 and cook until internal temperature is 165. Let cook then chop up
  • Assemble salad as you wish
  • Garnish or toss salad in green and garnish with Dak's Everything But Tha Salt

Ingredients

  • 1 Rotisserie chicken, White meat only or cooked chicken breast ( 1 1/4 Pounds ) Chopped into small pieces
  • 1/2 Cup Onion Chopped fine
  • 1 Bag Frozen spinach or 1 cup cooked Drained & Chopped
  • 1 1/2 Cups Artichokes, In water Chopped
  • 6 TBSP Whipped cream cheese Philadelphia brand
  • 1/2 Cup Whipped cottage cheese, Daisy low fat See notes for how to make it
  • 2 tsp Dak's Nothin But Ranch
  • 2 tsp Dak's Green Zest
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic salt or to taste
  • Fresh ground pepper to taste
  • 1/2 Cup FF Mozzarella Kraft brand

Instructions

  • In a bowl combine every ingredient from above
  • Mix up and serve right away or chill for later

This is the perfect summer salad. It is full of yummy veggies, air fried chicken mixed with a delicious creamy greek dressing and topped with some herb crusted homemade naan croutons. This will be the salad you'll be craving all summer long!

Ingredients

  • Romaine lettuce Chopped
  • 3 oz. Chicken breast
  • Avocado oil spray
  • Dak's Super Greek seasoning code on homepage
  • 1/2 Cup Red onions Chopped
  • 1/4 Cup Grape tomatoes Sliced in half
  • 1 Mini cucumber Chopped
  • 4 each Black olives, reduced sodium Sliced in half
  • 1/4 Cup Bell peppers Chopped
  • 1/3 Cup Athenos Traditional crumbled fat free feta cheese
  • 1 TBSP Ken's Simply Greek Vinaigrette
  • 1/3 Cup Non fat greek yogurt
  • 1 tsp Lemon juice
  • 4 each Stonefire Naan Dippers
  • Avocado oil spray
  • 1/2 tsp Oregano
  • Garlic salt to taste
  • Parsley to garnish

Instructions

  • First season the chicken breast with a light spray of avocado oil, season with salt, pepper and Greek seasoning. Coat very well
  • Air fry at 400 for about 12-15 minutes or until internally 165 degrees. Set aside to rest
  • While chicken is resting spray naan dippers lightly with avocado oil and season with oregano and garlic salt. Air fry at 400 for about 5-7 minutes or until crispy. Set aside
  • Time to make the dressing. Take the 1 TBSP of the greek dressing, non fat greek yogurt, lemon juice and season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • To a large bowl, add the lettuce, all of the veggies and feta cheese
  • Toss with the dressing, slice the chicken and place on top or mix into the salad and dont forget those naan croutons. Crumble up and sprinkle all over the salad. Garnish with some parsley and enjoy!
