The Best Tuna Salad

This is by far my favorite tuna salad recipe. Not only is this 0 WW it is DELICIOUS!

Make this in advance for meal prep, put it on top of a salad, between some bread, either way it is AMAZING!

Here is what you need:

  • Wild Planet tuna albacore, in water
  • Non-fat Greek yogurt
  • Mini sweet peppers
  • Red onions
  • Dill pickles
  • Fresh parsley
  • Fresh dill
  • Fresh cilantro
  • Scallions
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Hidden Valley ranch seasoning
  • Garlic powder

The only brand I buy for tuna in a can is Wild Planet brand. It is delicious and by fat the BEST on the market. I usually buy them at Costco or a wholesale store, it is less expensive.

You can use mini sweet peppers or regular bell peppers.

I use both the red onions and scallions

Any dill pickle brand works

Love the combination of parsley and cilantro. You can also add fresh dill.

The Hidden Valley ranch seasoning is one of my favorite seasonings for so many things especially tuna salads.

Here is how to make it:

    1. Prep and dice all the ingredients.
    2. Add all ingredients to the bowl.
    3. Season to taste.
    4. Enjoy.

  • Mixing bowl


  • 1 5 oz. can Wild Planet albacore tuna in water do not drain this brand can
  • 1/4 Cup Non-fat Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 Cup Mini sweet pepper Diced fine
  • 2 TBSP Red onion Diced fine
  • 2 Scallion Sliced fine
  • 1/4 Cup Dill pickles Diced fine
  • 3/4 tsp Hidden Valley ranch seasoning
  • 1/4 tsp Garlic powder
  • 1/4 Cup Fresh parsley Loosely packed & chopped fine
  • 1/4 Cup Fresh cilantro Loosely packed & chopped fine
  • 1/4 tsp Dak's Spices Green Zest optional, discount code in notes
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste


  • In a bowl add all ingredients above.
  • Serve right away or store in fridge.
