
Grilled Pineapple & Onion Turkey Burger

Ingredients
BURGER
- 1 Pound 99% fat free ground turkey
- 1 TBSP Dak's Nothin But Ranch or ranch seasoning of your choice
- 1/4 Cup non fat greek yogurt
- 1 tsp Kosher salt
- 1 tsp Black pepper
- 1/2 tsp Red pepper flakes
TOPPINGS
- Grilled pineapples
- Grilled red oions
- Burger bun of your choice
- 2 TBSP My Avocado Basil Crema Recipe linked in notes
Instructions
- In a bowl place the ground turkey, Dak's, yogurt, salt, pepper and red pepper flakes. Mix lightly, DO NOT OVER MIX. Set aside.
- Slice the pineapple and red onions into thick slices
- Lightly spray them with avocado oil and grill on medium high heat until a nice char is on them. (You can use an actual grill or grill pan)
- Divide turkey mixture into two large patties
- Place onto a hot pan (I used a cast iron pan) and cook until internal temperature is reading 165 degrees. set aside to rest
- Grill the burger bun and smear avocado basil crema on top and bottom buns
- Assemble burger and enjoy
