Grilled Pineapple & Onion Turkey Burger

Ok everyone! Stop what you are doing and go make this massive turkey burger!!! It was absolutely delicious!! 
This wonderful turkey burger is going to be great for the warmer months ahead of us. It is super filling and packed full of wonderful flavors.

Grilled Pineapple & Onion Turkey Burger

  • 1 Pound 99% fat free ground turkey
  • 1 TBSP Dak's Nothin But Ranch or ranch seasoning of your choice
  • 1/4 Cup non fat greek yogurt
  • 1 tsp Kosher salt
  • 1 tsp Black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp Red pepper flakes


  • Grilled pineapples
  • Grilled red oions
  • Burger bun of your choice
  • 2 TBSP My Avocado Basil Crema Recipe linked in notes


  • In a bowl place the ground turkey, Dak's, yogurt, salt, pepper and red pepper flakes. Mix lightly, DO NOT OVER MIX. Set aside.
  • Slice the pineapple and red onions into thick slices
  • Lightly spray them with avocado oil and grill on medium high heat until a nice char is on them. (You can use an actual grill or grill pan)
  • Divide turkey mixture into two large patties
  • Place onto a hot pan (I used a cast iron pan) and cook until internal temperature is reading 165 degrees. set aside to rest
  • Grill the burger bun and smear avocado basil crema on top and bottom buns
  • Assemble burger and enjoy
