Blueberry cheesecake pizza with graham cracker crust

Equipment
- Oven
- Cast Iron pan
Ingredients
- 3 ounces Skinny pizza dough
- 1/2 Cup Non fat greek yogurt
- 5 grams sugar free cheesecake pudding mix
- 1/2 Cup My blueberry sauce ( On blog )
- 1 tsp Lemon zest
- 1 tsp Graham cracker crumbs
- Avocado oil spray
- 1/2 tsp Flavorgod Buttery cinnamon roll
- Fresh mint
Instructions
- Roll your 3oz. Of dough out and get all the other ingredients ready.
- Once oven and pan are ready, carefully place rolled out dough in the hot cast iron and pierce with a few holes using a fork ( helps from Puffing up )
- Bake for 5-6 minutes
- Assembly time: Place the cheesecake mixture down , then my blueberry sauce. Spray crust with avocado oil spray and sprinkle the Graham cracker crumbs on the crust. Broil on low for a few minutes
