Peanut Butter Banana Cinnamon Pancakes


Another one bites the dust! Here is my new flavor, and it was amazing!

Again, I cannot even tell you how awesome @hungryjack mix is! Look what you can do!🤩

The natural sweetness from the bananas mixed with the fluffy & delicious pancakes topped with the nuttiness from the amazing @americandreamnutbutter just comes together so nicely and it was so so good!

( for one serving , usually 3 pancakes per serving )
• 1/2 Cup @hungryjack mix ( dry )
• 2T @aldiusa liquid Egg whites
• 1/4 C – 1/3 C Unsweetened almond milk
• Splash of vanilla
• 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
• 1 Small banana 🍌
• 1T @americandreamnutbutter Cinnamon Toffee Crunch Peanut Butter

• Syrup of your choice. I use Sugar free Log Cabin
• Cinnamon to garnish

• In a bowl combine the @hungryjack , egg whites, almond milk ( a little at a time ), vanilla & 1/2 tsp cinnamon.Mix until combined and a loose consistency ( not too loose though )
• While batter sits, get your pan ready or what I use is my @steelmadeusa flat top ( link in bio to grab one )
• Once ready , pour in 1/4 cup portions of batter ( you should get 3 pancakes worth )
• Place sliced bananas on top batter . Flip when golden brown on both side
• Garnish pancakes with more bananas, @americandreamnutbutter & syrup
• Enjoy! 😋
