These savory pancakes are stuffed with corn, crumbled bacon, green onions, and Cheddar cheese.

This stack has a fluffy interior, add the bacon, corn, cheese, scallions , a drizzle of syrup and you’ll be surprisingly delighted!

Pictured is 3 servings, 2 cakes per serving.

Recipe is for 3 servings:


• 1 Cup Hungry Jack pancake mix ( dry )

• 1/2 Cup unsweetened Silk almond milk

•1/4 Cup Aldi liquid egg whites

• 1/2 Cup Aldi corn ( I used a can )

• 1/4 Cup scallions chopped

• 3/4 Cup fat free Kraft cheddar

• Splash of maple extract

• 1T Dak’s Nothing But Ranch seasoning

• 6 Oscar Mayer center cut bacon slices ( crispier the better )

• Syrup of your choice ( I used Sugar Free Log Cabin )


• In a bowl, mix the pancake mix, almond milk, egg whites, corn, scallions, cheese, maple extract,Dak’s Nothing But Ranch & chopped up bacon

* If it isn’t loose enough, add splashed of water until consistency is good for pouring *

• Get your pan ready to go. I used my Steel Made flat top ( hence griddle cakes ). Once hot, spray with some cooking spray to prevent the sticking from the cheese. Pour 1/4 cup portions down for each pancake. Brown both sides & enjoy!

• Garnish with more bacon ( optional), scallions & syrup.

This stack was so much fun to make! Not only is it super cute to look at, it legit tastes like cake!

Need a cute way to celebrate someone’s birthday? Here you go! Or would you like to just eat cake for breakfast without the guilt? Either way, you’ll absolutely love this!

This stack tastes just like a fluffy white cake with a delicious vanilla cream cheese frosting on top and yes it has sprinkles! Duh! 🤪

• 1 Cup Hungry Jack pancake mix ( dry )

• 1/4 Cup egg whites

• 1/4 Cup unsweetened almond milk ( add a little at a time , if you need more add more until consistency is easy to pour )

• Splash of cake batter extract

• 1T Sprinkles

• 2T Philadelphia whipped cream cheese

• 5g Sugar free vanilla jello pudding mix

• 1-2T unsweetened almond milk ( add enough until you are able to pour over pancakes )

• Fat free Reddi whip

• Syrup of your choice ( I used Log Cabin sugar free )


• In a bowl mix the Hungry Jack, egg white, unsweetened almond milk & cake batter extract. Mix until consistency is loose enough to pour ( not too watery though )

• In a small bowl mix up the whipped cream cheese, sugar free vanilla pudding mix and the unsweetened almond milk ( place in fridge until ready to use )

• Heat up your pan or what I used was my Steel Made flat top ( Link in my Instagram bio ➡️ Chefallieskitchen)

• Once all ready to go, take 1/4 cup portions of the batter. Sprinkle some sprinkles down and flip until golden on each side.

• Garnish the pancakes with the vanilla cream cheese frosting , whipped cream and a little more sprinkles. Use syrup or not, up to you.

• Enjoy!

Let’s talk about this soft, fluffy and wonderful stack of pancakes for a minute.

These @hungryjack pancakes are simple, easy & quick to make. I don’t know about you but weekends are better with stacks of pancakes or any day for that matter!

I took my favorite pancake mix @hungryjack up a notch and wow were they wonderful! @hungryjack mix is my FAVORITE brand. They are always super fluffy & all you need is water! I decided to jazz mine up a tad 🤩

• 1/2 Cup of @hungryjack (dry)
• 2T Egg whites
• 1/4 unsweetened almond milk
• Zest of lemon
• Juice of half a lemon
• Splash of maple extract or vanilla extract
• Fresh blueberries
• @icantbelieveitsnotbutter the light one or spray
• Syrup of your liking

• In a bowl mix the @hungryjack , egg whites, almond milk, zest & juice of the lemon, maple/vanilla extract until combine ( you want the batter loose but not too loose, so I tend to slowly add the wet ingredients until the consistency is to my liking )
• Let the batter sit for a few minutes while you get your pan hot or what I used was my @steelmadeusa ( do not use high heat on pancakes. Be patient. Medium heat or even low/medium heat will be perfect 👌🏻)
• When ready, spray your pan very lightly with some avocado oil ( if using a non stick pan DO NOT USE AEROSOL , it ruins non stick coating. Chef tip for you 😉)
• Pour your batter and place a few fresh blueberries down, flip when golden brown on both sides
• Garnish how you’d like and dig in! 😋
