Double Chocolate Banana Bread
This is so decadent and healthy

Equipment
- Oven
- Loaf pan
Ingredients
- 1/2 Cup Dark chocolate Kodiak flapjack mix
- 1 Bananas Ripe and mashed
- 2 TBSP Unsweetened applesauce
- 1 TBSP Nutpods or almond milk
- 1 tsp Baking Powder
- 1 1/2 TBSP Sugar free pancake syrup
- 1 Egg Whisked
- 2 TBSP Unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 tsp Dak's Chocolate Crave
- 1 TBSP Instant Espresso powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp Vanilla extract
- 1/4 Cup Monkfruit sweetener
- 48 Lily's dark chocolate chips
Instructions
- Set oven to 350
- Spray loaf pan with cooking spray
- In a bowl, mash the banana
- Add everything else but the chocolate chips and mix until combine
- Fold in half of the chocolate chips and pour into the greased loaf pan
- Top with remaining chocolate chips and bake for 30 minutes
- Let cool before slicing

I don’t have enough of the Kodiak chocolate pancake mix can I use the regular Kodiak pancake mix instead and do I need to add more of the dark chocolate crave or the cocoa powder to be more Chocolatier?
Yes of course you can certainly add both the crave and cocoa powder 🤓
