Chicken Patty Breakfast Sandwich
An easy breakfast sandwich for busy people packed with protein

Equipment
- Toaster
- Pan
Ingredients
- 1 Amylu Roasted Corn, Poblano peppers & cheddar cheese charbroiled chicken burger or patty of your choice
- 1 Royo Sesame low carb bagel see notes for discount code
- 1/3 Cup Liquid egg whites
- Dak's Original Red seasoning see notes for discount code
- Salt & Pepper to taste
- 1 Borden Cheese fat free American cheese single or cheese of your choice
Instructions
- In a medium sautรฉ pan, brown up the fully cooked chicken patty
- While chicken patty is getting browned, season your egg whites to your liking
- Once chicken is browned on both sides, pull off and set aside
- In the same pan, pour in your seasoned egg whites and cook all the way through on low temperature
- Fold eggs over into a half moon, then place cheese on one side and fold over the eggs one more time
- Place on your toasted or non-toasted bagel and enjoy
