Buffalo Chicken Crispy Tacos

Buffalo Chicken Crispy Tacos

The anticipation of this recipe was real. These are a meal I now have on repeat as well as just my chicken recipe that is used for this.

The chicken is so versatile for so many other things like salads, wraps, tacos, just as is without chopping it up and so much more. Just do not add the buffalo sauce and you’ll be golden for so many ideas. Grab my Blackened Chicken recipe HERE

Only 6 WW for the entire plate you see in the picture above. Add a side that is ZERO WW points and you have a MASSIVE meal for very little points and packed with protein as well. Only 4 WW for the tacos and side of broccoli minus the dipping sauce.

Here is what you need:

  • Air fryer
  • Mini sheet trays for air fryer, order one HERE
  • Cooking spray
  • Parchment paper
  • Mixing bowl
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Frank’s hot sauce
  • Hidden Valley ranch seasoning
  • Mission ultra-thin corn tortillas
  • Kraft fat free cheddar cheese
  • Bolthouse chunky blue cheese yogurt dressing
  • Nonfat Greek yogurt
  • Shredded lettuce
  • Cilantro
  • Side of choice

I personally love using my air fryer for these and I ordered those mini sheet trays and the work out AMAZING. Order yours HERE

You can use fresh, frozen or even a rotisserie chicken for this recipe. If using frozen, make sure to defrost.

Here is the spray bottle I use for all of my recipes. I just fill it up with avocado oi. Order yours HERE.

Dak’s Green Zest is such an AMAZING seasoning. I really cannot describe it, it’s so delicious. If you do not have Dak’s Green Zest, you can use Italian. If you’d like to try Dak’s Green Zest, order HERE off of Dak’s Spices and use code CHEFALLIE for a discount or you can grab it HERE on Amazon

Look how amazing this chicken looks! You can use this as is for so many recipes or meals. HERE is my Blackened Chicken I use for this recipe.

Add as much hot sauce as you would like as well as the ranch seasoning.

These are my favorite corn tortillas to use. They come out so crispy and they are so low in calories and WW points.

When you use a half a cup of the Kraft fat free cheddar cheese or the Kraft fat free mozzarella cheese it is only 1 WW point.

I always mix the Bolthouse yogurt dressings with some nonfat Greek yogurt to bulk up and it NEVER makes the taste less.

Here is how to make it:

  1. Pour the hot sauce and ranch seasoning into the bowl with the chopped-up chicken and coat.
  2. Once ready, set aside until ready.
  3. Take the corn tortillas and wrap them into a damp paper towel and place into the microwave for about 20 seconds.
    1. This helps them not to break while assembling.
  4. Take the buffalo chicken and even distribute evenly between the corn tortillas.
  5. Take a 1/2 cup of cheese for every 4 tortillas and sprinkle evenly between them.
  6. Fold over the tortillas and place onto the parchment lined sheet tray.
  7. Spray the tops of the folded tortillas and place another sheet tray on top to help them from not unfolding during the cooking process.
  8. Cook for about 5 minutes then remove the top sheet tray.
  9. Cook until golden, flip and cook again until golden and crisp on the other side.
  10. Serve with your favorite side and dipping sauce.

  1. Good morning, Chef Allie! I have made SOOOO many of your recipes and every single one has turned out amazing. My husband and I are currently eating the Peanut Butter Brownie Baked Oatmeal. It is AMAZING. So filling!! We could only eat half and had the rest today. I want to try your chicken tacos, but I donโ€™t see an oven temperature to bake them. Can you please tell me what to heat my oven to?
