Equipment

  • Air fryer or oven
  • Bowl for mxing

Ingredients

  • 3 oz. Cooked chicken or rotisserie
  • Dak's Nothin But Ranch to taste
  • Dak's Butt Kickin Buffalo to taste
  • 1 Light laughing cow wedge
  • 2 TBSP Bolthouse Cucumber Ranch Yogurt Dressing
  • Frank's Hot Sauce to taste
  • Salt & Pepper to taste
  • 1 Joseph's Flax, oat bran & whole wheat pita
  • 20 grams FF Cheddar Cheese
  • Sliced tomatoes optional
  • Cucumber slices
  • 1 Cup Micro Greens or romaine/mixed greens

Instructions

  • In a bowl shred up the chicken and then add Dak's seasonings, laughing cow wedge, hot sauce and 1 TBSP of the dressing. Season to taste with salt & pepper.
  • Sprinkle the cheddar cheese on half of the pita followed by the chicken.
  • Close up the pita making sure the chicken and cheese side is weighing down empty side.
  • Place into air fryer at 375 or oven until golden brown (About 2-3 minutes)
  • Open up the pita and add the tomato slices, cucumber, micro greens and other TBSP of dressing and enjoy.

Ingredients

  • 1 Bagel I used a Keto bagel
  • 4 Roasted garlic cloves
  • 1/3 Cup Marinara I used Aldi
  • 1/2 Cup Fat free mozzarella
  • 12 Hormel turkey pepperoni slices
  • 1/4 Cup Mushrooms Sauteed
  • 1/4 tsp Oregano
  • Salt & Pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Smear some roasted garlic on the bagel halves
  • Place into an oven or an air fryer until lightly toasted. 350/375 degrees.
  • Place one pepperoni in the center of each hole in the bagel halves
  • Spoon the marinara sauce all over the bagel, then add the toppings of your choice
  • Place back into the oven or air fryer until cheese is nice and melted
  • Garnish with some oregano and fresh herbs

  • 2 Cups Fresh spinach cooked down & cooled
  • 1/2 Cup Artichokes (In water) chopped
  • 2 Laughing cow cheese wedges light
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder or fresh chopped garlic
  • 1/4 tsp Onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp Dak's Nothin But Ranch seasoning
  • Salt & Pepper to taste
  • 1 Royo everything bagel or low carb bagel of your choice
  • 2 Eggs seasoned as you wish
  • 1 tsp Parmesan cheese to garnsih
  • 1/4 tsp Dak's Everything But Tha Salt or everything but the bagel seasoning
  • Hot sauce optional
  • Scallions to garnish

Instructions

  • In a small mixing bowl combine the spinach, artichokes, cheese and seasonings.
  • Place mixture onto bagel halves evenly and place into the Air fryer or oven until warmed up and bagel is toasted. 350-375
  • While bagel is in the oven or air fryer prepare your eggs as you wish.
  • Place cooked eggs on top of the bagel with a sprinkle of cheese, hot sauce (optional) & the Everything But Tha Salt seasoning.
  • Garnish with scallions
