- Joseph lavash flatbreads
- Chicken (rotisserie or chicken seasoned chicken breast)
- Canned black beans
- Rotel canned tomatoes
- Canned corn no salt added
- Iceberg or romaine lettuce
- Kraft fat free cheddar cheese
- Dak’s Spices Green Zest or seasoning of choice
- Garlic powder
- Onion powder
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Nonfat Greek yogurt
- Bolthouse Farms ranch dressing
- hot sauce

Equipment
- Mixing bowl
- Knife
- Griddle or saute pan
Ingredients
- 1 Joseph Lavash flatbread
FILLINGS
- 3-4 oz Cooked seasoned chicken breast or rotisserie chicken breast Chopped fine
- 3 TBSP Black beans
- 3 TBSP Rotel tomatoes
- 3 TBSP Corn no salt added
- 20 grams Kraft fat free cheddar cheese
- 1 /2 Cup Shredded romaine or iceberg
- 3/4 tsp Hidden Valley ranch seasoning mix
- 1/2 tsp Dak's Spices Green Zest
- 1/4 tsp Garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp Onion powder
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
DRESSING MIXTURE
- 2 TBSP Nonfat Greek yogurt
- 1 1/2 TBSP Bolthouse Farms Ranch yogurt dressing
- 1 TBSP Hot sauce
Instructions
DRESSING
- In a small bowl combine the nonfat Greek yogurt, ranch dressing and hot sauce
- Mix until combined and set aside
INSTRUCTIONS
- In a bowl add the chicken, black beans, rotel tomatoes, ranch seasoning, garlic powder, dak's green zest, cheddar cheese, lettuce, and dressing mixture
- Mix and season to taste with salt and pepper
- Lay the flatbread down hortizontally
- Add the mixture to the flatbread and roll up right away to prevent the flatbread from ripping
- Once rolled up, place onto a lightly greased griddle or saute pan
- Brown all around, slice in hald and enjoy
