Equipment
- Mixing bowls
Ingredients
- 6 oz Cooked seasoned chicken breast Chopped fine
- 1 Cup nonfat Greek yogurt
- 1 Cup 2% Good Culture cottage cheese
- 2 TBSP Hidden Valley ranch seasoning
- 2 TBSP Dried minced onions
- 1/2 TBSP Dak's Spices Green Zest or seasoning of choice
- 1/4 tsp Paprika
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- 1/4 Cup Frank's hot sauce
- 1 oz Cabot 75% lite white sharp cheddar cheese to garnish, optional
- Scallions to garnish, optional
Instructions
- In a blender add the cottage cheese and nonfat Greek yogurt
- Blend until smooth and pour into a mixing bowl
- Add the ranch seasoning, dried minced onions, Green Zest and paprika
- Mix and season to taste with salt and pepper
- Garnish with the shredded cheese and scallions
- Serve right away or place into the fridge to get thicker
- Serve with your choice of dippers and enjoy!
